These videos are for reference and revision of the ISTD graded examination syllabus. This project was led by Upasana Arts in partnership with Jayanthi Sivakumar of Tejas Dance UK and Nrithya Rammohan. It was supported by Art Council of England, CAT (Centre for Advanced Training, Birmingham) and ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, UK). They were made with the assistance of Vipul Sangoi, Raindesign; Anusha Subramanyam and students of Upasana and Tejas.

Utsav 2014 performance at the Waterside Arts Centre. This performance was supported by Arts Council of England, Waterside Arts Centre. Students of Upasana, Tejas, Nrityakala and Nritya Jyoti performed in the show.

‘Arangetram’ means ascending the stage. At the arangetram the students presents a full length dance recital, within the classical bharatanatyam format, to an audience.
